Miss Amy — Lead Childminder & EYFS Practitioner

Surrey Quays, SE16 · Ofsted Registered · 10+ Years Experience

Dedicated to early childhood from day one

Miss Amy founded her daycare setting in Surrey Quays with a clear vision: to create a childcare environment that felt like a genuine extension of home; warm, safe, stimulating and deeply caring.

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education and care, Miss Amy brings a wealth of professional knowledge and an innate nurturing instinct to everything she does. She is a qualified EYFS practitioner, paediatric first aider, and trained safeguarding lead.

One of Miss Amy's greatest strengths and something parents comment on time and again is her ability to connect with and support children with additional needs. Her specialist experience with non-verbal children and those with limited speech has helped many families find a setting where their child truly belongs.

Miss Amy's long-term vision is exciting: to grow from a highly regarded childminding setting into a fully registered early years prep school, raising the standard of early education in the Surrey Quays community.
